Natural Gaspeite is a rare, vibrant apple-green to yellowish-green nickel carbonate mineral belonging to the calcite group.
Joe Chavez designed this beautiful sterling silver Pendent with natural Gaspeite and Vintage Sleeping Beauty turquoise. Creating a beautiful combination of the two stones together. The cutout designs on the silver are traditional Pueblo "Kiva step" symbols. Joe intricately cuts out these intricate pieces using only a jewelers coping saw. No lazer cutting here, its all handwork. On the reverse side of pendant is a Shepard hook, so you can easily attach (hook) the pendant onto a multi strand necklace or wear with an omega. (Like picture shown). Omega does not come with pendent. Signed on the reverse side of pendant with Joe Chavez makers mark and sterling stamp.
Measures w 2 3/16" long × 1 1/4" wide at widest part of pendant.
