I aquired this beautiful vintage center piece and my mind went wild with the design I envisioned I wanted to do with it in beadwork.  I also used the center vintage piece as my color palette.  All beads I used are size 11oʻ and all are cut beads that add and bring out beautiful sparkles. 24kt goldlined cutbeads. Natural Spiney Oyster shells and orange/reddish vintage Swarovski crystals.  I've had these crystals in my bead collection for years.  The beaded pendant is finished with a peyote stitch technique to make the bail. On the necklace I used more vintage Swarovski crystals and faceted beads.  I also want to point out that the darker shade of orange facet beads and the periwinkle large blue beads are pre-WW 2 vintage beads. These beads I aquired years ago as well.  I finished the necklace with my handmade sterling silver clasps (hook & eye). I made a matching pair of beaded earrings to complement the neck piece.  On the reverse side I use ultra suade leather backing signed with my signature brand "LeJeune". Great deal for both necklace and earring set!
